Tolu is admitted to practice in Ontario and New York and holds an LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of London. Her real estate practice covers residential and commercial transactions, new construction purchases, and Tarion warranty matters. She also advises on trademark prosecution before CIPO and the USPTO, and on cross-border corporate structuring.
